VANS Gypbond is a ready-to-use internal plaster bonding agent with added aggregates, used as a primer/bonding aid prior to plastering on surfaces such as concrete, plaster and difficult, low or non-porous substrates.

Why Choose VANS Gypbond

Bonding agent for smooth surfaces

Ready to use, one coat application

No hacking on wall

Phthalate free formulation

Perfect for use on smooth substrates

Recommended Application Methodology

Step 1: Ensure all surfaces are clean from any contamination that may hinder adhesion, including any loose or flaking material.

Step 2: Allow the wall to dry.

Step 3: Thoroughly stir VANS Gybond before use.

Step 4: Do not dilute. Simply apply one coat using a brush roller and leave to dry for a minimum of 24 hours before wall plastering.

Note : Cold or humid conditions will increase drying time. Do not use temperature below 5°C
Gypbond should be applied with roller in vertical and horizontal position for better spread of aggregates.
